I ordered from air-up and the product did show up in the end, but the delivery experience wasn’t as smooth as I expected. The tracking barely updated, and it arrived a few days later than expected, which felt avoidable. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I kept checking for updates and had no real idea when it would actually arrive. I’d maybe order again, but I really hope they improve the delivery side of things

The box itself looked nice, no real complaints there. But the insert that holds the bottle was kinda loose, so the bottle didn’t feel like it was sitting in there as snug as it should. Not a huge deal, but it made the packaging feel a bit less solid overall

I had a problem with my order, so I reached out to support. To be fair, they did get back to me and they eventually fixed it, so it’s not like I was completely ignored or anything. I just think the whole thing took longer than it should’ve, and some of the replies could’ve been clearer. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect faster communication.

I wasn’t really expecting it to be that easy, but yeah, it was set up in just a few minutes. I kept waiting for some annoying extra step or issue to pop up, but it pretty much just worked. Can’t really complain.

I mainly bought air up because I was really curious whether the flavor thing would actually work, i was kind of shocked. It’s way better than I expected. Some pods are definitely stronger than others, but the peach and cola ones are super clear to me, like, almost weirdly convincing for just drinking water. It took me about a day to get used to it, but now I’m using it constantly. Plain water feels a lot less boring, which is a small miracle

I’ve had my air up bottle for a few months now, it’s held up better than I expected. It’s been dropped at work and knocked around in the car a couple times, especially on days when I’m mentally drained and not paying much attention. It’s got a few scratches now, but no cracks or leaks at all. Still works perfectly fine, so I’m happy with it.

The bottle itself is good and works fine, but the pods get expensive really quickly. At first I thought it would be a convenient setup, but now it feels like I’m constantly paying more than expected just to keep using it. that kind of made me lose trust in the whole thing.

I’ve been using this for a bit now, and the water definitely tastes much better than before. It has a fresh, clean taste without being too strong or artificial. It’s a simple improvement, but a noticeable one. Overall, I’m happy with it.

The bottle is really easy to carry around, which I like, but it does leak a little in my bag sometimes, haha. I’d say it’s fine for short trips or quick errands, just not something I’d totally trust tossed in a full bag for too long

I wasn’t totally sure about it at first. The bottle, the pods… I thought maybe it’d just sit there after a week. But i’ve been using it way more than expected. It’s cut down on how often I grab fizzy drinks from the shop too, which adds up. So yeah, good deal in the end.

I’ve been using this for a bit it’s been super easy to clean, actually, I just rinse it off after each use and that’s pretty much it. No moldy smell so far, which was the main thing I was worried about.

I do like that air up focuses on using less plastic and reusing the bottle. For some reason, though, the pods still feel a little wasteful to me, and they’re not exactly cheap either. It’s a nice concept overall, I just expected it to feel a bit more eco-friendly.

I’m drinking way more water than I used to, so I’d call this a win. I didn’t expect much at first, but now I use it every day. It makes water taste a little more fun, which weirdly makes a big difference, and the bottle is easy to carry around too...

This makes me grab my water way more often, which is great because I probably need to drink more. At the same time, it’s a little annoying how much I notice it now. So yeah, I like it, but I also kind of don’t.

I was excited to try Air Up because the concept sounded really cool, and I expected the flavors to come through more clearly. The bottle itself is fine, but the flavor pods were a letdown for me. The peach one didn’t really taste like peach, more like a faint sweet smell, and the cola didn’t remind me of cola much at all. I know it’s supposed to work through scent, so I wasn’t expecting it to taste exactly like soda or juice, but I did expect it to be a lot closer than it was. Some days I could notice it a bit, and other days it felt like I was just drinking plain water. Giving it 2 stars because the bottle is decent, but the flavors really missed the mark for me.

I did end up getting my replacement, but it took way longer than I expected. The most annoying part was that every time I reached out, I felt like I got a different answer about what was going on or when it would ship. It was just frustrating not knowing who to believe. Glad it’s finally taken care of, but the whole process could’ve been a lot smoother.

I really like how many flavors there are. I’ve been switching between them so I don’t get bored, and it feels like a fun little surprise each time. I do pay attention to the price, so I’m happiest when I can grab them on a deal, but overall I’ve been enjoying them.

I wasn’t totally sure about this bottle at first, and after I paid I started feeling a little distrustful, like maybe I’d regret it or it wouldn’t be as good as it looked. But once it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The mouthpiece feels really comfortable, not hard or awkward like some other bottles I’ve used. I take it to work and even after drinking from it all day, it doesn’t rub or feel weird. It’s a small thing, but it actually makes a big difference.

My snap judgment? This pod is good. One lasted me almost two weeks, which felt like a win.
